Procedures
The Genomics facility is accessible for collaborations to researchers from Academics and from Research Institutions according to the priorities of the TESEO project activities. Users have to prove their expertise to operate with the available instruments.The access to the facility is allowed weekdays from 8.00am to 5.30pm. Beyond these hours, the access is allowed only to internal personnel of Dept. of Medical Sciences prior authorization from the Coordinator, however not beyond 7pm.
To plan a run on the NextSeq550 instrument, please send an e-mail at genomica_dsm@unito.it. Sequencing data will be stored on the Illumina BaseSpace, external hard-disk or remote server (C3S), as needed
