Description and location

The facility includes a computational infrastructure with fully dedicated computational resources integrated with the Competence Centre for Scientific Computing (C3S), an interdepartmental advanced research center specialized in High -Performance Computing (HPC).

The facility involves expertise in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics targeted to study design, data processing, “omics” data integration, machine learning and causal inference methods; the main personnel is located at the Ceppellini Genetics building (Bioinformatics) and the Pathology Building of  the University Hospital  “Città della Salute e della Scienza  di Torino”.
