Description and location
The TESEO Biobank is located in the Ceppellini Genetics building, University of Torino and “Città della Salute e della Scienza”. This facility stores the biological samples, relevant for the different workpackages of the project, and manages the main clinical and epidemiological data of recruited patients.
All the data are stored in agreement with the main Italian rules to guarantee the privacy of patients. To this aim, a dedicated software is used to assign each patient recruited within the project a unique code and match this code with the main clinical information of the patient.
The TESEO biobank has been certified ISO 9001:201 in July 2019
